GI BEGINNERS

TRAINER: Ivan (Czech, English, Russian)

TIMES: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 18:00 - 19:30

WHAT TO EXPECT: These classes are focused on the development of basic fitness and movements necessary for all future BJJ techniques. Students learn the philosophy of fighting, mechanics of motion and develop flexibility, endurance and muscle memory.
Additionally, beginners classes help improve spatial orientation, resistance to stress, decision making and social skills. 


GI ADVANCED / COMPETITORS

TRAINER: Nando (English, Portuguese)

TIMES: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 19:30 - 21:00

WHAT TO EXPECT: These classes are focused on mastering the details and strategy necessary for conscious and effective application of techniques during an actual fight. Students receive individual support and coaching in improving their game, learn history of martial arts and develop mental toughness necessary for world-class competition.
Additionally, advanced classes help improve strategic thinking, problem solving and energy management under pressure.


GI ALL LEVELS

TRAINER: Rob (mornings - Czech, English) | Nando (evenings - English, Portuguese)

TIMES: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 - 8:30 | Tuesday, Thursday 18:00 - 19:30

WHAT TO EXPECT: Trainings are focused on strengthening muscle memory and mastering details of most applicable BJJ techniques. Students develop flexibility and endurance, work on details of positions and receive individual coaching necessary to improve their unique style.
Additionally, all levels classes improve stress resistance, energy management and strategic thinking.


GRAPPLING (NO-GI)

TIMES: Saturday 10.30 - 12.00

WHAT TO EXPECT: Classes are focused on developing fitness and endurance, with special attention to pressure, control and explosiveness specific for no-gi version of BJJ. Apart from techniques and strategy, students learn elements of wrestling necessary to successfully apply their skills in combat.
Additionally, grappling classes improve stress resistance, problem solving, energy management and perseverance.
