FLOW YOGA

TRAINER: Iveta (Tuesdays - Czech, English), Olga (Thursdays - English, Czech, Russian)

TIMES: Tuesday, Thursday 19.30 - 20.30

WHAT TO EXPECT: We teamed up with professional vinyasa instructors to design a course focused on what BJJ fighters really need. No crystals, no magic, just science and gentle art:

  1. Increased focus. Flow yoga will give you a boost of control by exercising your attention span. You will have less chance of getting overwhelmed in competition and more chance of sticking to the game plan.

  2. Better cardio. Did you know that both stress and excessive muscular pressure in the fight shorten your breath and make you gas out quicker? Flow yoga will help you synchronize breathing and movement so your muscles stay oxygenated and you have your adrenaline under control.

  3. Higher sleep quality. After you give 100% in training and put your body on 5th gear, it later takes time to cool down. If your body is tired but your mind is racing after evening classes, flow yoga will give you tools to relax, calm down and fall asleep earlier.

  4. Pain relief. Injuries and sustained pressure often remain in the muscles as contractions and cramps, which lead to more injuries and constant pain. Stretching, relaxation and oxygenation of the body will help release these tensions.

  5. Wider range of motion. Yoga will make you more flexible and increase your mobility.
