BREAKING THE RULES WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE TRAINING - INSTRUCTOR’S DECISION IS FINAL!

  1. YOU HAVE TO WEAR A GI IN GI CLASSES. You can rent one at our reception for 350 crowns per training. Please confirm availability before visiting.
    The only exception is for students who come for the first time to beginners class: they are allowed to wear clean sports clothes without pockets. After first visit beginners are also required to wear a gi. You cannot wear street clothes, jeans, leather belt, clothes with pockets or a hood.

  2. NOGI CLASSES FOLLOW IBJJF RULES. Men are required to wear rashguard and grappling shorts without pockets. Women are required to wear rashguard and grappling shorts without pockets or grappling leggings (spats). Men are not allowed to train in spats without wearing shorts on top of the leggings. The only exception: you can wear gi pants. Please visit IBJJF website with uniform guidelines for details.

  3. IF YOU ARE A VISITOR, YOU CAN WEAR A PATCH FROM YOUR ORIGINAL TEAM.

  4. WE DO NOT REQUIRE SPECIFIC GI COLOR. YOU CAN WEAR ANY COLOR.

  5. WRESTLING SHOES ARE ALLOWED ONLY IF THEY ARE WORN TO PROTECT AN EXISTING INJURY.

  6. YOUR UNIFORM MUST BE CLEAN. IF IT IS DIRTY OR SMELLS BAD, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRAIN.
